To withdraw a child from the program we must receive a written request (e.g. via email) with 14 days or more notice prior to the start of the program, in which case a full refund minus $15 administrative fee will be granted. With less than 14 days before the program starts, no refund will be offered except in extreme circumstances determined on a case by case basis.
